Terms and Conditions

$100 minimum per order
For orders with multiple finishes, we have a $50 minimum for each finish within your order
5% Hazardous waste fee is added to all invoices
$5.00 handling plus shipping (insurance is optional) is added to all shipped orders
Payments due on due date.
Cost of collections will be added to bills sent for collection.
Insufficient funds/returned items will resut in a $50 charge.
Overdue accounts are subject to a late fee of 1 1/2% per month (18% APR).
Our liability for any cause is limited to the cost of direct labor and material of the product directly damaged by our processing or twice our processing charges on such material, whichever is the lesser. Charges for our services are based on this policy limiting our liability.
Parts, materials, etc., as processed by us shall be accepted as satisfactory by you if we are not notified of damages, shortages or other discrepancies in writing within 7 working days of receipt of the same.
Rejected parts must be returned to us for rework.
Further processing or assembly of rejected parts, material, etc., by you or any other party shall constitute a waiver of any liability on our part.
